Is it normal for the breast to feel no pain on the sixth day after fresh embryo transfer? My husband and I have been married for 5 years and have not been pregnant. We went to the hospital for examination and found that we had ovulation disorders. We have visited many hospitals and experienced traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, but the results have not been very good. At the beginning of this year, I started undergoing in vitro therapy and a few days ago, I underwent fresh embryo transfer. Today is the sixth day. Three days ago, I still felt a little pain in my breast, and on the fourth day, my feeling gradually subsided. Today, I didn't feel anything, and my breasts didn't hurt either. Is this normal? Has it failed?

On the sixth day of fresh embryo transfer, it is still in the embryo implantation cycle. In most cases, it is normal not to feel anything at this point in time, as the embryo in the body may not have been implanted or shortly after, and the corresponding hormone levels in the body have not changed significantly, so there will be no physiological symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, breast pain, or drowsiness. Do you have symptoms such as breast pain, fatigue, vomiting, etc. Previously, it may have been related to hormonal drugs used for in vitro transplantation, or it may have been a psychological factor. On the sixth day, these symptoms may naturally alleviate, so it is normal for the sensation to disappear and the breast to suddenly feel no pain.

Usually on the sixth day after fresh embryo transfer, there are no obvious clinical symptoms, as normal fertilized eggs may have some physical reactions 10 days after transfer, so early diagnosis cannot be made based on the absence of symptoms. Six days after fresh embryo transfer, there was no sensation. Most of them are normal, but some special situations cannot be ruled out.

Standard state

Embryo not yet implanted: The implantation time of the embryo is 3-7 days, and it is normal for the embryo to have no sensation during implantation. There may be some early pregnancy reactions after implantation.

Embryo has been implanted but has just begun to develop: The embryo has just been implanted but has not yet started to develop or has not developed to a high degree. The patient's hormone levels have not increased, and the clinical manifestation is no sensation. After waiting for a period of time, some symptoms may appear.

Good constitution: The patient has a good constitution, good acceptance of fresh embryo transfer, and no rejection reactions in the body. It is normal to have no obvious symptoms at this time, and the likelihood of successful transplantation is higher than others.

Abnormal situation

Embryo implantation failure: At this point, the embryo may have already been implanted. If implantation is not successful, the embryo will be absorbed by the human body or expelled from the body during menstruation. At this point, the embryo that failed implantation may still remain in the uterine cavity, but the clinical manifestation is insensitivity, which can be checked through blood value and other data later.

Biochemical pregnancy: If the embryo fails to develop normally after successful implantation, it may lead to biochemical pregnancy, and the female body may not have a clear sensation. Just like implantation failure, the embryo of a biochemical pregnancy will eventually be expelled from the body. At this point, it is abnormal not to feel anything.
